Israeli-Linked Intelligence Firm Hires Bahrainis via Official Channels

Aaron Richman, CEO of TAM-C Solutions, in an interview with Bahranian Dinar media platform. While Bahraini workers continue to protest for their right to employment and a dignified life, an Israeli-linked intelligence company has begun offering jobs to Bahraini citizens.

The Bahraini Society Against Normalization issued a public denunciation after the company TAM C Solutions began operating in Bahrain and advertising job opportunities to local jobseekers through official employment channels. The society warned jobseekers from being drawn into projects linked to the Israeli occupation, and it stressed that loyalty to the Palestinian cause remains a national, moral, and humanitarian obligation that must take precedence over commercial or political considerations.

According to the society, TAM C has been operating in Bahrain since 2024 in fields related to cybersecurity and security consulting. Public records and the company’s own website indicate that it functions as a branch of a US-registered firm with a regional office in occupied Palestine. Several of its owners and board members are former members of the Israeli army and military intelligence. The issue gained wider attention after a Bahraini jobseeker reported receiving a recruitment call from a phone number registered in occupied Palestine during hiring procedures conducted through the official employment platform overseen by the Ministry of Labour.

A review of the company’s publicly available materials shows that TAM C describes itself as an intelligence and risk management agency providing state-level intelligence services, real-time analysis, and operational support. The company appears on government-linked employment platforms and has reportedly hired Bahraini citizens, including in senior positions.

Bahrain formally normalized relations with the Israeli entity in 2020 under the US-brokered Abraham Accords, a move that has faced sustained opposition from civil society groups and political organizations. Anti-normalization campaigns in the country have repeatedly rejected economic, security, and cultural ties with the entity, insisting that normalization contradicts popular sentiment and Bahrain’s stated commitment to the Palestinian cause.
